Sugar beet

Pre-seeding treatment

Sugar beet seeds with high sowing conditions are obtained exclusively on seed plants. Melafen optimal dose is 300 ml per 1 hectare.

Crop spraying

It is recommended to spray sugar beet plantings twice. The first time during the phase of 4-6 leaves, second time - 20 days after the first treatment. The optimal dose of Melafen is 300 ml per 1 hectare of plantings.

Spraying crops with the growth regulator should be combined with top dressing and use of pesticide to control pests and diseases.

The use of Melafen increases growth and formative processes, immunity to environmental stress, yield increase and improves the quality of crops.

Melafen and boric acid

It is found that under the influence of boric acid and growth regulators more intensive processes of growth of roots and tops take place. In testing plants there was marked a more intense accumulation of sucrose as well as its outflow from the leaves. Boric acid leads to the formation of sugar phosphates resulting in enhanced synthesis of sucrose.
